 Page 27: Color of Wine

This was a white wine. The color though was unique and I compared the color of this wine to the colors on page 27.  So, I did some research on what the color of the wine means. The wine based on the pictures looks like a Deep Straw color. I used the chart to help identify the hue and intensity in the wine I tasted.

As I smelled the wine, it smelt strong but buttery. The look of the wine was a dark/ medium yellow color. As I tasted the wine it did taste like it smelled which was butter but didn't taste as strong as the smell of it. The waitress recommended this wine which I paired with a bolognese pasta for dinner. She said the buttery smooth taste of this wine would work well with the pasta and it did! They complemented each other very well.
