Page 26: Color of Wine
This wine is a sweet peach wine and is a white wine. I did some research on what the color of the wine means. The wine based on the pictures looks like a light Yellow color. I used the chart to help identify the hue and intensity in the wine I tasted.
As I smelled the wine, I smelled a lot of the apple flavor. In addition, as I smelled the wine, I could tell that it is going to be a drier wine due to its crisp and sophisticated smell. As I tasted the wine, it was buttery and fruity at the same time and I honestly liked this wine. In addition it was very full bodied and I was pleasantly surprised about this and want to try it again with a dinner with the suggested food pairings.
