Page 26: Color of Wine
This wine is a sweet apple wine and is a white wine. I did some research on what the color of the wine means. The wine based on the pictures looks like a Deep Yellow color. I used the chart to help identify the hue and intensity in the wine I tasted.
As I smelled the wine, I didn't think it smelled too sweet and it had a dull apple flavor. When I first tasted the wine it tasted weirdly strong of apple and sweetness in the beginning and then dulls out with the flavor. I didn't like it at first but then I tried it again and my taste buds reacted differently to the wine tasting the apple flavor in a smoother way. It had a sweet apple taste and almost tasted like a Boldrock just without the fizz.
Overall I liked this wine because I like sweeter wines and apple flavor anything and this was a nice in between medium sweet wine with nice apple and fruity nodes to it.
